Liberated: My Journey from Anger to Intentional Acceptance with Good Intentions & Co Stickers

Updated: Oct 4, 2024

For years, I was shackled by the chains of anger and resentment. I carried the weight of past wrongs like a burden, wearing my grievances as a badge of honor. Every betrayal, every disappointment, every perceived injustice fueled the flames of my anger, consuming me from within. I was trapped in a cycle of victimhood, replaying the same stories of hurt and betrayal in my mind, unable to break free from the grip of my own suffering.

But then, I embarked on a journey of liberation with Katrina from The Intentional Retreat. Together, we began to unravel the reality I had constructed from my pain. We peeled back the layers of resentment and anger, exposing the truth beneath the surface: while shitty things had happened to me, they were just moments in time. It was my relentless replaying of these moments that kept me trapped in a cycle of suffering.

With Katrina's guidance, I began to explore the power of acceptance and forgiveness. Instead of clinging to the past, I learned to let go—to release the grip of anger and resentment and make space for healing and growth. It wasn't easy, but through intentional practice and accountability,

I trained my brain to stop dwelling on past grievances and start embracing the present moment.

As the days turned into weeks and weeks into months, I felt the weight of anger and resentment lift from my shoulders. In its place, I discovered a newfound sense of freedom and lightness—a freedom to create a new story for myself, unbound by the chains of my past.

Today, I stand before you as a testament to the transformative power of intention and forgiveness. I am free—free from the shackles of anger, free from the burden of resentment. Instead of dwelling on past wrongs,

I am focused on intentionally creating a life I love—a life filled with joy, abundance, and purpose.

Thanks to the gentle guidance and reminder of my Good Intentions & Co Stickers, I was reminded to practice Forgiveness & Acceptance. I have found liberation within myself. I am no longer defined by the wounds of my past, but by the limitless possibilities of my future. And as I continue on my journey of self-discovery and growth, I know that the power to create the life of my dreams lies within me.
